block out stains on most surfaces, both interior and exterior.
It is shellac based which means the paint you
put on top won’t wet it again and allow the stain to bleed through each coat
ruining the top coat. Dark unwanted colours can be transformed to provide a
white new start, ready for your choice of paint.
It covers all types of graffiti including
spray paint of any colour, permanent markers and crayon with one coat.
Odours are sealed in as well as stains, including fire and smoke damage.
As a primer B-I-N adheres to glass, gloss
paintwork, PVC pipe, chipboard and ceramic tiles to provide a firm anchor
for the top coat so it can’t be chipped or scraped off easily.
